University officials are closely monitoring the Winter Weather Advisory that is in effect for midnight through noon Friday, Jan. 21 in Northwest Florida. All University of West Florida locations remain open at this time. If conditions change, the University will update the campus community.
University officials are closely monitoring the Winter Weather Advisory that is in effect for midnight through noon Friday, Jan. 21 in Northwest Florida. All University of West Florida locations remain open at this time. If conditions change, the University will update the campus community.
The Pensacola area is expected to receive patchy, light freezing rain with potential ice accumulation. Roads, especially overpasses and bridges could potentially become slick with ice. Students, faculty and staff are advised to use their best judgment when traveling during freezing weather conditions.
