The conference is themed, “Designing Your Future,” and offers opportunities to hear from and connect with influential women who have achieved both personal and professional success. The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome. Registered attendees will receive a complimentary lunch.

“I’m thrilled with the caliber of successful, motivational business leaders who have agreed to speak at our conference in 2018,” said Dr. Sherry Hartnett, director of the UWF Executive Mentor Program. “They will provide actionable insights on designing your future career, how to advance oneself in the early stages of your career through the challenges women face and how to develop yourself and those around you through mentorship and support. We look forward to everyone joining us to enhance their leadership journey.”

The event will feature presentations and panel discussions from recognized thought-leaders. Susan Story, CEO and president of American Water Works Company, Inc., and Karen Moore, author, speaker and CEO and founder of Moore Communications Group, have been named as keynote speakers.

The panels will be comprised of Kara Cardona, vice president of Greater Pensacola Operations, Navy Federal Credit Union; Dr. Eman El-Sheikh, director of Center for Cybersecurity and professor of computer science at the University of West Florida; Ashley Harris, director of strategic outreach and engagement for Baptist Health Care; Chuntell Patterson, listing specialist for Realty Masters of FL; and Jennifer McFarren, community development representative for the Gulf Power Company.
