UWF and Naval Aviation Museum Foundation host The Resilient Military Family event
WHAT: The University of West Florida and the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation will present The Resilient Military Family featuring Karen Kelly, wife of retired U.S. Marine Corps General John Kelly. Kelly will share her experiences as a military spouse and mother. A panel discussion on military life will follow. Panelists include Brig. Gen. Leslie A. Maher, Commander of Jeanne M. Holm Center for Officer Accessions and Citizen Development, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama; C. Eddy Mentzer, associate director for the Department of Defense Military Community Support Programs and program manager for the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program; Kate Fox, military spouse, mother and daughter of John and Karen Kelly; and Elizabeth Agnostelli, registered nurse, military spouse and mother.
The event is open to the public.
