Dr. Grier Williams School of Music presents Old Christ Church Chamber Music Concert ‘Baroque and Beyond’
The University of West Florida Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will present the UWF Chamber Music Series on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at noon. The concert will be held at Old Christ Church in historic downtown Pensacola.
The UWF Chamber Music Series at Old Christ Church continues its 17th season. The concert will feature performances by members of the Dr. Grier Williams School of Music programs.
Members of the UWF Chamber Music Class have prepared an exciting program for the second concert of the semester. They will perform opera arias, songs and duets, and instrumental trios and sonatas. The concert will feature compositions of Handel, Mozart, Puccini, Rossini, Saint-Saëns, Glazunov, Debussy, Still, Bernstein and many other favorites, played on a wide variety of instruments.
Music lovers of all ages are invited, including school groups and senior citizens.
