UWF Department of Music presents the Jazz Combo in Concert with UWF Alumni Jazz Combo

The University of West Florida Department of Music will present the Jazz Combo in concert on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. The combo will be joined by a number of special guests, a group of UWF Alumni returning to perform. The concert will be held in the Music Hall at the Center for Fine and Performing Arts, Building 82.

Under the direction of Director of Jazz Studies, Dr. Joseph Spaniola, the combos will present an evening of fun jazz for the entire family.

The UWF Alumni Jazz Combo will be made up of graduates spanning more than 20 years, all of whom are currently performing and/or teaching music throughout Florida and the Southeast. Returning members include:

-Chris Cantin: B.M., Percussion (2016)

-Matt Dailey: B.M.E., Piano (2013)

-Michael Danielson: B.M.E., Bass (2013)

-Jacob Dearrington: B.M., Trumpet (2017)

-Josh Kaye: B.M.E., Percussion (2011)

-Greg Lyon: B.M., Guitar (2011)

-Bob Maksymkow: B.A., Saxophone (1995)

-Chad Pippin: B.M., Percussion (2013)

-Jackson Willis: B.M., Trombone (2015)
