UWF Department of Music presents Jazz Ensemble in concert with special guest Escambia High Jazz “A”
The University of West Florida Department of Music will present the Jazz Ensemble in concert on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 7:30 p.m. with special guest Escambia High Jazz “A.” The concert will be held in the Mainstage Theatre of the Center for Fine and Performing Arts, Building 82, on the Pensacola campus.
Join the UWF Jazz Ensemble and Escambia High Jazz “A” for a collaborative evening of large ensemble instrumental jazz. Escambia High Jazz “A” will present works arranged by Dave Barduhn, Rick Stitzel, Sammy Nestico and more. The UWF Jazz Ensemble will present the music of Les Hooper, Alan Baylock, Stevie Wonder, Marty Paich and more. The two bands will combine to perform the evening’s finale.
