UWF Department of Music presents Jazz Ensemble and Combo recitals
The University of West Florida Department of Music will present an evening of jazz on Tuesday, Feb. 7 and Monday, Feb. 13.

Tuesday, Feb. 7: 7 p.m. – Jazz Ensemble at UWF Commons
Join the UWF Jazz Ensemble for an informal evening of instrumental jazz. The group will present works by Sammy Nestico, Chic Corea, Mike Tomaro, Fred Sturm, Mike Dana and more. The concert is being presented in the Great Hall of the UWF Commons, Building 22. No tickets or reservations are required.
Monday, Feb. 13: 7:30 p.m. – Jazz Combo at Music Hall
Join the UWF Jazz Combo and special guests, the Pace High School Jazz Combo, for an evening of small group jazz. The PHS Jazz Combo will start the evening’s performance and will be followed by the UWF Jazz Combo. The groups will present works by Rodgers & Hart, Duke Ellington, Mongo Santamaria, Don Redman, Johnny Mercer and more. The concert is being presented in the Music Hall of the UWF CFPA, Building 82.
