Spring 2021 Commencement Announcement

The University is inviting all 2020 graduates to attend the Spring 2021 commencement ceremonies as well.

All attendees, including graduates, will be required to follow established health and safety protocols, including wearing a face covering and social distancing. The Stadium will be restricted to 50% capacity for each ceremony to enable social distancing, limiting the number of guests to four per graduate. Graduates will be seated on the field, socially distanced at eight feet apart. The ceremony will be streamed online for those who cannot or do not wish to attend.

Graduates who wish to participate in their spring commencement ceremony, either in-person or virtually, must RSVP by Friday, April 2. Those who do not RSVP will not be permitted to attend due to limited capacity. Late RSVPs will not be accepted.

Graduates will be allowed up to four guest tickets for the in-person ceremony. Tickets will be available for pick up at the University Commons Service Desk beginning April 15. Graduates must present their Nautilus ID card to pick up tickets for their guests.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, these plans are subject to change. University officials will continue to monitor the situation and follow the guidance of federal, state and local officials and update the campus community if there are any changes.

Additional details will be provided in the coming weeks. For more information, and to RSVP, visit uwf.edu/commencement.
