UWF presents the Old Christ Church Chamber Music Concert Series

The University of West Florida Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will present the UWF Chamber Music Series at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Old Christ Church in downtown Pensacola.

The University of West Florida Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will present the UWF Chamber Music Series at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Old Christ Church in downtown Pensacola.

The performance marks the 21st season opener for the UWF Chamber Music Series at Old Christ Church. Under the direction of Dr. Hedi Salanki, members of the UWF Chamber Music class will perform a variety of chamber music repertoire, featuring a range of instruments and ensembles. The program includes works for piano, strings, flute, clarinet, harpsichord, cello and castanet. Selections feature arias, vocal duets and musical theater favorites. The concert will showcase music by Bach, Purcell, Handel, Mozart, Chopin, Lalo, Ravel, Schubert and others.

Music lovers of all ages, including school groups and senior citizens, are invited to attend.
