Another group, made up of students in the Marketing Essentials course, presented an overview of a case study they spent a semester preparing. Their presentation was called “Okaloosa Gas Company: Redesign a Service Company from the Customer’s Perspective.” Suggestions included rethinking how service appointments are scheduled, adding auxiliary buildings closer to service locations and reconsidering methods of communication.
