Dr. Grier Williams School of Music presents Jazz Ensemble & Combo in concert
The University of West Florida and the Dr. Grier Williams School of Music will present the Jazz Ensemble & Combo in concert on Tuesday, April 23 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be held in the Mainstage Theatre at the Center for Fine and Performing Arts on the Pensacola campus.
Join the UWF Combo and UWF Jazz Ensemble for an evening of small and large ensemble instrumental and vocal jazz at the University of West Florida. The Combo will present works by Billy Taylor, Rodgers & Hart, Herbie Hancock, Hirokuzo Ando, George Searing and more. The Jazz Ensemble will present the music of Maynard Ferguson, Eubie Blake, Duke Ellington, Radiohead, Benny Carter and more. The Combo and Jazz Ensemble are under the direction of Dr. Joseph T. Spaniola.
