COVID-19 Vaccine Information

The Florida Department of Health in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties and their partners are collaborating to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine in Northwest Florida. Executive Order 20-315 directs the state of Florida to focus on the following populations during the initial phase:

Long-term care facility residents and staff
Persons 65 years of age and older
Health care personnel with direct patient contact

When vaccines become more broadly available, there will be increased access. At this time, UWF is not providing COVID-19 vaccinations.
