“School typically starts the second week of August … And so the summer season is really over at that point, and actually the second half of August is fairly weak. And so if you had to pick a time for the disagreeable event of being hit by a hurricane in North Florida, you would certainly be glad that summer season is over. We’re into the shoulder season and those months are fairly weak.”
