UWF names Chief Diversity Officer
University of West Florida Provost Martha Saunders announces Dr. Kim LeDuff as Chief Diversity Officer, effective September 2013. As Associate Vice Provost for Equity, Diversity and International Affairs, LeDuff will have overarching responsibility for promoting and fostering a climate of diversity and inclusive excellence throughout all aspects of the university community.
“I am delighted that Dr. LeDuff has accepted this position,” Saunders said. “She will bring energy, intelligence and true community spirit to our university. I expect great things from her.”

“I was truly impressed by the sense of commitment to diversity I felt from the UWF administration, faculty, staff and students I met during my campus visit,” LeDuff said. “I look forward to collaborating with the campus community and the greater Pensacola community to develop a plan that serves their needs and leads to a stronger, more inclusive experience for everyone involved.”
