UWF commissions ROTC cadets into the Air Force and Army

By Lauren Haggett, University Communications

More than 25 ROTC cadets from the University of West Florida commissioned into their respective services on May 29. Eighteen cadets from Air Force ROTC and eight cadets from Army ROTC will begin their journey in the U.S. military after four years of training at UWF.

ROTC is a program that provides the tools and preparation necessary to become military leaders. These students have learned everything ROTC can teach them; now it is time for them to take on the real-world and test their knowledge.
