The University has live Final Exam Chat support services available today until 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions regarding your final exams, please search “Final Exam Support” in MyUWF or visit http://uwf.im/1pSTnPm. Additionally, a Final Exam Hotline is available at 850.474.3001.

FACILITIES & SERVICES UPDATE
Trolley: All trolley routes are currently in full operation.

Edward Ball Nature Trail: The Edward Ball Nature Trail is currently closed due to damage from the storm. Students, faculty and staff will be notified when the Nature Trail reopens.

UWF Bookstore: The UWF Bookstore is extending the return date for rental books until May 5, 2014. It will be open Saturday, May 3, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m.; and Monday, May 5, 2014 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Buildings: An early assessment is that eleven buildings sustained damage, and the UWF Facilities Maintenance Unit is working tirelessly to restore everything as quickly as possible.

The University is committed to providing assistance for those who have been impacted by this week’s severe weather. The below resources are available for all UWF students:

Dean of Students Office: The Dean of Students Office staff is available to all students who need assistance. Visit www.uwf.edu/deanofstudents, call 850.474.2384 or email deanofstudents@uwf.edu.

Counseling & Psychological Services:The UWF Counseling & Psychological Services are available to provide free counseling to students who need assistance. You can also visit their website for links to online resources at www.uwf.edu/counseling. For an appointment, contact 850.474.2420.  Counseling & Psychological Services also offers 24 hour emergency services after hours by calling the appointment line and asking to speak to the counselor on call.

SPRING SEMESTER GRADES
Spring Grades: Spring grades are scheduled to be available for students to view online through my.uwf.edu after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6. SASS degree audits should be available after 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYEES
The UWF Staff Senate Emergency Fund is available to provide financial assistance and/or services to eligible UWF workforce employees who are faced with dire circumstances resulting from an emergency and/or other unanticipated event, such as the recent floods.
